How to Make a Ghostface AI Video From One Photo

How to make a Ghostface AI video: pick one photo, who you play, what stays in the scene, and what you get.

The Ghostface trend is a horror-movie bit: someone is on the phone in a bedroom, turns around, and a hooded figure is standing in the doorway. Put Me In's version casts the person in your photo as the caller.

What you need

One photo, for the Caller. That's the person holding the phone. The room and the figure in the doorway stay with the template.

  • One adult, face fully visible, looking toward the camera.
  • A waist-up photo works well because it shows your hair and clothes.
  • No sunglasses, masks or heavy filters. The scene has a quick turn, and a clear face gives the model more to hold on to.
  • Only use a photo of yourself or someone who agreed to be in it. Photos of celebrities, public figures or anyone under 18 are not allowed. More in how to pick photos.

Steps

  1. Open the Ghostface page and pick a quality. See pricing for what each quality costs.
  2. Add your photo as the Caller.
  3. We check the photo. If it doesn't pass, nothing is charged and you can try another.
  4. Pay once. There is no subscription.
  5. Your clip appears under My videos in a few minutes. You can close the page while it renders.

What to expect

The video is 5 seconds, vertical 9:16. It's marked AI generated. It's short because the whole scare is one beat: the call, the turn, the look.

The model follows the scene and animates the person in your photo. Check the face during the turn, where it moves the most. If a render fails on our side, you get a full refund.

Things to know

  • You can only be the caller. The figure in the doorway isn't replaceable.
  • Pet photos aren't supported for this scene.
