What is the Hotel Lobby meme?
Hotel Lobby is a two-person routine that people copy on short-video apps: two performers stand under one hanging microphone and run a tight set of hand gestures, glances and turns, cut into five shots. It works because you can tell it's the bit within a second.
Hotel Lobby AI rebuilds that routine with you in it. Our video model follows the staging, camera moves and timing of a motion reference, and animates the people in your two photos. The person in your left photo plays the left performer; the person in your right photo plays the right one.
What it does and what it can't do
- It keeps the shots and the pace of the routine, and the two people stay recognisably themselves in every cut.
- It is video only, with no sound. There is no music or voice in the clip, so add your own track in any editor if you want one.
- Lips move naturally but do not match any words. Hands can occasionally blur in close-ups; if a render fails on our side you get a full refund.
- Photos of celebrities, public figures or anyone under 18 are not allowed and are rejected when review catches them. A rejected photo is never charged.

Only upload photos of yourself or people who said yes. You must be 18 or older. Photos you don't pay for are deleted within 24 hours; photos of paid videos are deleted after 30 days, and our video provider may keep copies under its own policy. The Privacy Policy covers the rest.
Every finished video is AI generated and labelled as such. It is not real footage of the people in the photos.
If we can't make your video, you get a full refund and an email telling you so. Once a video has been delivered it can't be refunded, except where the law gives you a right to withdraw.
