Only photos of yourself or people who agreed to appear may be used. Sunglasses, masks and heavy filters make the result worse. Only upload photos of yourself or of people who agreed to appear. Photos of public figures or anyone under 18 are not allowed and are rejected when review catches them. Every photo goes through a moderation check before anything is made. Each video is marked as AI-generated in its file name and file metadata. When you share one, say it was made with AI. Put Me In does not allow photos of celebrities, public figures or anyone under 18. The photo check rejects them when it catches them. A rejected photo is never charged, and another photo can be tried. ## Failures and refunds If we can't make your video, we make it again or refund you in full. ### When we refund Your video starts as soon as you pay. We refund the full price in two cases: (1) we cannot make your video after you paid and do not make it again; (2) the video we deliver has a technical or quality problem. Every other case is not refunded. ### If we can't make your video If generation fails because of a system error, a timeout or the video service rejecting your photos after you paid, we are alerted automatically and a person checks your order within 2 business days. We then either make your video again at no extra cost or refund the full amount. You don't need to ask: your order page shows the new video, or Refunded. Photos that fail review before checkout are never charged. ### If the video has a technical or quality problem We refund the full price if the file will not open or play; the people in the video clearly do not look like the people in your photos; faces or bodies are badly distorted; or the video does not follow the template's motion. We check the video and, if the problem is real, refund the full price. ### When we don't refund Your video starts as soon as you pay, so we do not refund a change of mind, a style you do not like or photos you uploaded by mistake.
