Privacy Policy

Put Me In is operated by Keenloom, Hong Kong. It turns your photos into short AI-generated videos using ready-made templates. This policy covers the website and the generation service.

Email address: used to send your video link, to sign you in to My videos with a one-time code and to answer support requests.

Content: the photos you upload and the videos generated from them.

Usage and device information: pages visited, approximate location from your IP address and browser type. We also keep a hashed form of your IP address for a short time to limit abuse.

Payment information: payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record. We receive the purchase record, not your full card details.

We use your information to review your photos, generate and deliver the video you bought, email you your link, process payments and refunds, give support, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the service.

To review and generate your video, your photos and the template's reference clip are sent to a third-party video generation service. It reviews the photos and processes them only to complete your request. That service may keep the files for a period set by its own policy, which we do not control.

People in the photos can be recognized in the result. Upload a photo only when you have the right to use it and every person in it has agreed to appear. Do not upload photos of children.

People shown in a video can ask us to delete it, even if they did not place the order. Email contact@putmein.app.

Generated videos are AI-generated and labeled as such. They are not real footage and not statements by the people in the photos.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the service (hosting, storage, email, payments, analytics and video generation), when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the service. We do not sell your personal information.

These providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. By using the service you understand that your information can be transferred across borders to provide it.

Photos you upload but do not pay for are deleted within 24 hours. Photos of paid videos are deleted 30 days after the video is created. We keep review results, not photos, for 12 months to enforce our rules. Generated videos stay available through your link and your account while they exist.

Email contact@putmein.app to ask us to delete your data sooner. We may keep limited records when the law, a dispute, fraud prevention or a payment requires it.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and private storage to protect your information. Your video link is a secret: anyone who has it can open the video, so share it with care. No system is perfectly secure.

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We use Google Analytics 4 and Umami to understand how the site is used in aggregate. They receive page views and device information, never the private part of your order link.

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you. Email contact@putmein.app from the address on your account. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Put Me In is for adults only (18 and over). Do not use the service if you are under 18, and do not upload photos of anyone under 18. If you believe we hold a child's data, contact us and we will delete it.
