Studio questions
Pick the moment you want to post. Each template keeps its own moves, camera and music, and asks for a set number of photos — the photo slots show who each photo plays.
One person per photo, a clear front-facing face and even light. Use photos of yourself or friends who agreed to it. Photos of public figures or anyone under 18 are not allowed and are rejected when review catches them.
Usually a few minutes, including photo review. You can leave the page: we email you a link when it's ready, and your videos are listed under My videos.
If we can't make your video, you get a full refund. Try again with different photos.
Your video opens only with your private link and your email sign-in. We delete photos you don't pay for within 24 hours and photos of paid videos within 30 days; our video provider may keep copies under its own policy.
