Refund Policy

When we refund a video bought on Put Me In: a full refund if we can't make it or it has a technical or quality problem. One-time purchase, no subscription, nothing renews.

Last updated: 20 de octubre de 2026

What you pay

You pay once for each video. The price depends on the template and the quality you choose, and is shown in US dollars before you pay. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: you pay once when you place the order, nothing renews automatically, and you are not charged again unless you place a new order yourself.

When we refund

Your video starts as soon as you pay. We refund the full price in two cases:

(1) we cannot make your video after you paid;

(2) the video we deliver has a technical or quality problem.

Every other case is not refunded.

If we can't make your video

If generation fails because of a system error, a timeout or the video service rejecting your photos after you paid, we refund the full amount. You don't need to ask: we are alerted automatically and send the refund within 2 business days. Your order page then shows Refunded.

Photos that fail review before checkout are never charged.

If the video has a technical or quality problem

We refund the full price if the file will not open or play; the people in the video clearly do not look like the people in your photos; faces or bodies are badly distorted; or the video does not follow the template's motion.

Write to contact@putmein.app within 14 days of payment with your order number. We check the video and, if the problem is real, refund the full price.

When we don't refund

Your video starts as soon as you pay, so we do not refund a change of mind, a style you do not like or photos you uploaded by mistake. A video that was made as designed is not refunded. This includes a change of mind, a style you do not like and photos you uploaded by mistake.

EU and UK customers

Your video starts as soon as you pay. By paying you agree to this and accept that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once it starts (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m) for the EU; Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 37 for the UK). This does not affect the rights you have by law when a video is faulty: see "If the video has a technical or quality problem".

How to ask for a refund

Email contact@putmein.app from the email on your account and give your order number. You can find your orders under My videos or on the order page. We reply within 2 business days. You can also ask Waffo Pancake for a refund within 14 days of payment, at pancake.waffo.ai/consumer/portal/login; it sends the request to us.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the payment method you paid with and are handled by Waffo Pancake. The money usually reaches your card in 3–10 business days.

A charge you do not recognise

Charges for Put Me In may appear on your statement as WAFFO or WAFFO PANCAKE, because videos are sold through Waffo Pancake. If you see one you do not recognise, write to contact@putmein.app with the date and the amount. Writing to us first is usually faster than a card dispute, and it does not take away your right to dispute the charge with your bank.
