Common Mistakes
- Photos in the wrong slots. Photos are matched by position. Swap them before you pay if you want the performers the other way round.
- Two look-alike photos. Similar hair and clothes can blur the pair together. Pick photos with different hair or clothes.
- Hidden faces. Sunglasses, masks and side-on faces give a weaker likeness. Use a clear front-facing photo.
- Group photos. The model cannot tell who you mean. Crop to one person per photo.
- Celebrities or minors. They are not allowed and are rejected when review catches them. Use yourself or friends who agreed.
What You Get Back and How Long It Takes
You get one 15-second MP4 in 16:9, silent and labelled AI generated. It usually takes a few minutes. Close-ups and hand moves can vary in sharpness, so watch the whole clip. If we cannot make your video, we make it again or refund you in full.
